I don't know maybe some one owes them something but it ain't me. For the last 50 some years I been paying federal income taxes some s*it for brains damned politician been giving them my money in the form of welfare assistance to keep them acting like the crap they are. It don't appear to be helping them one.bit. yup I have a major case of negroe fatique.
