Ordinarily, I would surely agree.
But this isn't an ordinary time anymore; I give it a 70-30 chance to pass the House & about the same to pass the Senate.
This Congress is capable of doing just about anything at all...............they are just beyond bat-schitt crazy & they think they have a mandate to do anything they can dream up.
