I have heard stories that due to the breakdown of the black family and baby daddy culture the risk of inbreeding is real in the black community.
Maybe some more progressive folks will be along shortly to tell us how racist that is?

Fact and the product is evident. Because of the racial aspect, it cannot and will not ever be addressed and if it were addressed it wouldn’t change the existing product of 60 years in the making, even one iota.
It is what it is and will only exponentiate further downward.
But in the meantime it’s socially acceptable to apply these labels to the poor white folk of Appalachia. Right?
