I probably would like that better for straight up turkey hunting. But I'll take the M2 for grouse if it's going to be wet in the woods. The 870 has a wood stock.
I had a Winchester Super X2 with a 24" barrel too. I liked that gun a lot. I traded that off for something or other back when I was young and traded guns like I changed socks. I try not to trade anything off anymore.
I've thought about setting up a Rem 870 youth 20ga for a dedicated turkey gun too. I probably would if I could find the right one used.
