The man who can't take a shower without a gun needs look no further than a mirror to see what a man who lives in fear looks like.
I bet most people who habitually carry a gun also have one nearby while showering. I doubt I'm alone in this. I see you as pretty dimwitted if you accept that carrying a gun is a good safety measure in general, but fail to keep one somewhere nearby while showering. What could possibly be your rationalization for such internally inconsistent viewpoint?

Nope, don't keep one in the shower or in the bathroom. But then I don't live in constant fear of the boogey man. I also worked for the cable company for years where I had to go onto the property of strangers every day and company policy forbid the carrying of weapons. Somehow I managed to survive. In fact, I've never known anybody who took a shower with a gun in their own home, yet I know and have known several who carry outside the home regularly. Guess that makes you special.
