She wasn't aware of anyone or anything and her body was in the final stages of shut down. I did all the heavy lifting in Mom's last several years and thankfully my sister stepped up and was happy to be with her in the final stage when breathing stopped. Dealt with my mom and my old lady's mother, so not my first rodeo, but will be my last with my parents and that's what gets me.
