I learned after the Obama years. I stocked up first 2 years of Trump when everything was dirt cheap and plentiful.
This^^ what I didn't learn from Clinton's time, and Y2K, I learned during Obama.
Of course, then I went out last fall and bought a new to me cartridge, and had to chase brass, powder, bullets, and dies..........
