Well, I'm often involved with it on a smaller scale....And with regards the IV fluid that goes into someones arm, when it is my day in the barrel...I best not be in the dark, for when I sign it off, the responsibility is on me. And the same system applies to the larger companies. And if something is being deliberately snuck in that shouldn't be or is not listed...and it is easy to find out what is actually in there, independent companies make a living at it....then eventually higher heads will pay the price. And that is something they avoid at all costs.

Checks: compatibilities, what, how much, manufacturer, lot number, expiration dates, spot checks....

Believe what you don't know....Nothing unusual here....
