I'm trying one out at the moment on a Sig Cross. It does seem like a well-designed scope for its intended uses. Looks clear, solidly built, and easy to get behind. I'll need to get some additional time in before I can say with certainty if it's a good dual-use scope for the range and for hunting. Pretty much got it zeroed at 200 and went hunting. Got this guy the other evening and I did find that the lower two illumination settings are about right for shots at dusk. Too much brightness, coupled with the circle around the dot, can obscure too much target for proper definition of the animal and the dot when at medium-power. Less illumination and a bit more magnification was dandy for this shot at 150yds or so. I hope to spend more time with the scope in the woods and on the range this fall.
