I don’t think anyone believes that. But it has to seem odd given their relationship (terry and the clintons)that they avoided him like the plague yet he had biden stump for him.
The Clintons are a political plague.
Just like a Republican that wants to be seen as pro-Trump or Desantis isn't going to have the Bush family stump for them.
Biden is stumping because he's the current president and they have to keep up appearances. Rest assured when his time is up, he'll be tossed into the Jimmy Carter bin.
