Nothing, did wear a wedding band, almost tore a finger off so don't wear it.
Same for me with the ring. I got hung up on a rivet holding a piece of trim on a fire engine door. If I were 3 inches shorter it would have degloved me. My dad got his hand caught between a starter and a steering column, I smashed the ring onto his finger. He got his hand out and cut the ring with side cutters. I wear my ring if we are at a nicer social function.
I quit wearing watches when I retired. I used to just beat them up anyway. I use my phone and all the cars have clocks in them.
