Have a trial, appeal if desired, if found guilty, and appeal is lost, execute. And get all this done before end of year. Stop the years or decades of delay. Swift justice.

Unfortunately innocent men/women have been convicted and lost initial appeals.
He provided the evidence to earn the execution. Get on it instead of finding bs excuses. I don’t care if he’s a nut job, or his mom spanked him, or he couldn’t get laid, get on with it.
