Gunman Targeted Black Neighborhood Shaped by Decades of Segregation...that is the New York Times headline over this "incident"...systemic racism...WTF...A Democrat has been Mayor over the City of Buffalo since 1965...the current Mayor, has been Mayor for 16+ years...and wait for it...IS A DEMOCRAT AND IS BLACK...again I ask WTF ???
