There were some folks out there that knew this kid was a mess, but with all of the other BAT SCHITT crazy SOB's out there, cross dressing, having their dicks cut off, what the heck is normal anymore?
Most have the attitude that if it does not directly effect them, then put it all on the IGNORE list and don't get involved.
Parents had no control, grand parents have no control, teachers have no control, then all is left is for the Cops to get involved, and they get kicked in the nuts so often that they don't want to get involved....
