13% of the population, male to female proportions 50/50, so 6.5% of the population commits a little over 50% of all violent crime in America.
It's a way of life with them, always has been. But, at one time we were able to keep them under some sort of control and it wasn't near as bad as it is now. The onset of LBJ's policies, along with the Civil Rights Act, enabled Negroes to pretty much sit on their azz and do nothing, and be took care of by the government. This idleness, and the breakup of the Black family unit, left the Negro male with nothing to do if they didn't want to, so many of them just began to do what has always been a way of life with them...........a life of crime and violence.
