Too many people want to blame the Democrats, and forget about the Republicans being just as complicit in catering to the Black community. The Democrats do it for the votes, and the GOP does it because they're afraid of being called racist. The so called leaders in Black communities aren't really leaders, they're just wanting more free chit from Whitey.
