I'm repeating what we were taught....
Even the nasal spray can cause the person to become combative. We were taught to spray'em and either grab a hold or get out of the way, cause they most likely will come up swinging.
Nitrile gloves that we normally use when dealing with patients WILL NOT STOP fentanyl for very long. It will go thru the glove. Just skin contact with very much and you're in trouble.
LE doesn't respond to overdoses here, unless it is a death.
