Property ripe for development.
Neighbor just bought a big chunk and is parceling out lots as time passes. Sold three primo lots and has already recovered his investment.
If going into the market, I'd wait until just after the midterms. Property prices will fall to a reasonable level with the coming economic collapse Trump and the Patriots effect under the Bidet as they destroy the DNC.
