All Patriots are so dangerous the Constitution does not apply. Look at the Trumpsters locked up in DC jails for a year with minor charges and no court dates.
Realistically, voting was first corrupted when they allowed people with "no skin in the game" to vote. The corruption has increased until today when computers and other means are used to actually change the outcome. Voting was to be how "we the people" control government and that has been taken from us. We still need to vote and work on correcting the corruption at the local level.
The judiciary is another way to control government. Activist judges have diluted this option by making unconstitutional decisions. We still have lots of activist, unconstitutional judges but Trump installed a lot of constitutional judges as well. Recent Supreme Court decisions offer hope for the future. We will see what happens when the Court reconvenes in October.
It is very difficult to organize a resistance movement that can be effective against an organization as large as the federal government and "they" know that. The government has unlimited financial resources and overwhelming personnel resources. The government now monitors all communications. It is difficult but not impossible to organize resistance but there will be consequences.
