That's true, but there has to be documentation. Whether they were classified or not i irrelevant, they don't belong to him. He committed a crime by taking them; what is in the documents just means the difference between petty theft or treason. Or something in between.

And if he did de-classify anything it automatically falls under the Freedom of Information Act and they can be read by anybody. If you, me or the New York Times requests any de-classified documents they have to be provided and they can be published in the paper. If he really did de-classify certain top secret documents making them legally available to anyone that is treason.


Most people don't really want the truth.

They just want constant reassurance that what they believe is the truth.
