Any employee who does not generate enough revenue to cover his/her own paycheck, plus an equal amount for the boss, probably doesn't need to be on the payroll. Once those people are gone, the drop in overhead for the company will compensate for any loss their absence might create. That positive cash flow can't happen when the alleged employee spends half his time sending/reading text messages.
