Sounds like a good plan to me.
Turning a blind eye to the truth that stands in front of you in the name of "tolerance" and "diversity" and "anti-racism" and "anti-bigotry" may make people feel good, but they're just feeling good while they watch their own nation and culture and people die.
Throughout human history those who were not as intelligent, frugal or industrious as some others have tried to justify the denial of the natural equal rights of those others to the fruits of their industry on the specious ground (Marxist actually) that economics is a "zero-sum" game. This is an article of faith among all Leftists and all Marxist (as it is with Stophel and those here who wish to oppress Jews, as they often wish to oppress whites) by which they continually try to justify denying others their natural equal rights, to say nothing of their Constitutional rights, which is to say, by which they seek to deny them their "liberty". The name for this denial of "liberty" is tryanny, something the colonists fought a revolution to end. Moreover, as George Washington pointed out (and about which the Constitution and Declaration) are explicit (and contrary to Stophel and his premises, which are fundamentally Leftist):
"[i]t is now no more that toleration is spoken of, as if it was by the indulgence of one class of people, that another enjoyed the exercise of their inherent natural rights. For happily the Government of the United States, which gives to bigotry no sanction, to persecution no assistance requires only that they who live under its protection should demean themselves as good citizens, in giving it on all occasions their effectual support [and further]...[m]ay the Children of the Stock of Abraham, who dwell in this land, continue to merit and enjoy the goodwill of the other Inhabitants; while everyone shall sit in safety under his own vine and fig tree, and there shall be none to make him afraid. May the father of all mercies scatter light and not darkness in our paths, and make us all in our several vocations useful here, and in his own due time and way everlastingly happy."
What Washington here expressed for the Jews at Hebrew Synagogue in Newport Rhode Island, is precisely what the Declaration and Constitution sought to achieve for the colonists in America and indeed for everyone in this country who would agree to be bound by what they called the "novus ordo seclorum"---the "new order of the ages"---which they enshrined into the positive law of the Constitution, which is to say "liberty" based on the natural equal right of all men to enjoy as much liberty as they could possibly achieve. It is what Jefferson expressed when he said "the mass of mankind was not born with saddles on their backs and others booted and spurred to ride them".
And speaking somewhat obliquely of culture, these truths of the American Founding have nothing to do with diversity, or multi-culturism. Indeed "e pluribus unum" or "out of many, one", is the exact opposite of multi-culturalism and diversity. Nor do they have anything to do with "toleration" or "anti-bigotry" or "anti-racism". Stophel is as free to be a bigot as much as any Leftist (all of whom are explicitly bigots---witness affirmative action, something which on Stophel's premises he is compelled to support). But what they do not get to do is enshrine their bigotry into law in defiance of the Constitution whose end it is to "secure the blessings of liberty for ourselves and our posterity" or the Declaration of Independence, which guarantees every man the right to equal treatment before the law as well as the right to a "republican form of government". It is no accident that Stophel, like the Leftists whose premises he shares, denies the truth of these doctrines. The only difference between them is in who they want to oppress: Leftists want to oppress whites and Stophel wants to oppress Jews and blacks. In fact, it's no accident that blacks, credentialed Leftists in the academy and Stophel hate Jews; their premises are the same and are equally defiant of the Consitution and Declaration.
