Just got off the phone with JES. He needs a muzzle diameter of .560 for a 9.3x62.
That's 0.056 smaller than my more robust estimate. I guess what is acceptable must have a bit to do with the power of the cartridge as well. My advice is to go with what Jesse says and not what some random guy on the internet (that would be me
) thought might be the right answer.
