where on earth are you going to hunt all 3 on the same hunt? And why would it be "the possibility of elk" it either is an elk hunt or it aint...

Depending on where you are hunting I'd say it's unlikely you are going to be out on foot for the day & see both elk & pronghorn, elk & mule deer more likely but less likely you will be hunting all 3 on the same day on the same outing away from camp.

So bring em both.

Carry the 300 while you are elk hunting & may see a mulie.

Carry the 270 when you are pronghorn hunting & may se a mulie.

And if the focus is mulies which may take you high or low, here or there... Take the one that might best suit what else you might also expect to encounter.

Or just forget about the 270 & take the 300 because if you are hunting pronghorn, mulies and elk at the same time... You are probably hunting moose, brown bear, black bear, hogs, zebras, gators, caribou, platypus & bigfeets too.
