I am thinking about this why the hell. would he ship anything? Did he think that this would go un noticed? What is the end game like no one would notice? Very strange Hank
I'm thinking he expected the package to be stolen or damaged, then he would file a claim with UPS. No reason to advertise what you're shipping.
