A Z71 work truck?
Believe that's the first one I've ever seen, didn't know they were made.
That's why I originally called them, as it was advertised as a 2 wheel drive, but had the Z71 stickers.
I'm guessing the previous owner put them on, as the Z71 package is Bilsteen gas shocks, skid plates, and 265 tires.
