About 1/2 my trucks have been Fords and about 1/2 been Chevy's. Had one Jeep pickup and one Dodge pickup. The worst truck was a 79 Ford with a 302. However, I had a Chevy S-10 Blazer that fought hard for the worst ever vehicle I've owned position. One of the best was a 78 Ford 3/4 ton with 400. One of the other really good trucks was a 4wd Chevy super-cab 1/2 ton 350 engine. Had 1 tons and have had 1/2 tons and a couple 3/4 tons. I don't like cars. I have only had one or two in the past couple of decades. Couldn't wait to sell them. My current Chevy has about 160,000 on it gets about 27 mpg when driven at speed limit (rarely happens). I'm thinking Dodge 4 door 4wd. I imagine it could be my last truck.
For the time is coming when people will not put up with sound doctrine, but having itching ears, they will accumulate for themselves teachers to suit their own desires, and will turn away from listening to the truth and wander away to myths.
