RWE, I guess you missed that all your post links are SEVEN years old.
If you think this working gun is a collector's item you are not a 700 collector.
You also seem to think I couldn't screw back in the 375 H&H barrel to "restore" it.
Now you price out a a Shilen chrome moly match grade barrel, the gunsmith work to install it, a complete trigger job and the installation of a SAKO extractor and add it to a 375 DGR rifle sold in the past years in ANNB condition and see what you come up with.
And you are wrong about Cabelas gun library. The only 700 375 H&H they have is a Safari grade and it is sold for $1250.
Just facts, that's all I prefer to deal in.
