I think this is what Godogs57 was talking about. In the picture, both are Nosler 7mm ballistic tips. Nosler colored the tips Red for that caliber, (the ones on sale now must be a screw up in the tips color. Same 7mm 120 gr. nbt, just a different colored tip.)

The NBT on the left is 140 gr., on one the right is the 120 gr. Look closely at the thickness of the copper jackets. That 120 gr. is thicker, giving it a more controlled expansion. What Godogs said, was what I had heard about the bullets too. The silhouette shooters were using the 120 nbts to knock down steel rams, then the rest of us caught on to the endurance of the bullet.
