If you can't get 57 of IMR4350 and a 165 gr to shoot, you got more issues than powder and a bullet.
Responding to a throw back thread, but oh well.
My Rem 700 will not shoot 57gr of IMR4350 w/165 gr anythings. Groups are like 1 1/2" at 100 yards with that load. The same rifle shoots 180gr bullets over 46.0gr of H4895 fantastic with groups <3/4" at 100 yards.
I've come to think there are no hard and fast loads that work in all guns, or maybe even MOST guns. There are just lots of loads that work in different rifles. Just have to search until you find it.
