I don't know when you got your influx, but when I used to hunt elk in Idaho above Galena Summit, the Hollywood types discovered Ketchum and Sun Valley, bought up all the land along the Wood River and started buying up the ranches. The airport in Ketchum was wall to wall Lears, Gulfstreams etc. This was in the mid 90s. The locals hated them.....we were just passing through, but you couldn't go into a feed store or diner without getting an earful.
Of course, they weren't any kind of Republicans, they were all commies. Except for Bruce Willis, who had a ranch there and hunted it. He was still married to whats her name.
