Ok, ya got me - I can't run anymore because of the hip.1200 meters would leave me recovering in pain for a month! All in good fun, my friend. You are right - gotta balance it out, even if there is heavy lifting to do. Just have to cycle around meets. Can't be running much AND staying heavy. I have NO idea what I could overhead press. Not my thing - I save wear and tear on my shoulders for bench. Betcha it would be less than 200. I'm guessing more like 185.
