Just finished and easy hour trail run/walk the big hills workout. Best I've felt all day.

Usually do 5000M at a time on the rower. Hard workout time will be around 25min, give or take a partial min. Easy around 28.5min.

At 68 every day is not a hard as I can event. Today was good and I could have pushed it, but I had made up my mind today wasn't the day. So when I went out of my zone, I would make myself slow down.

Pushups are 4sets of 25 spread throughout the day, usually 5 days per week.
