I recently bought a rifle from Setterman that unfortunately was stolen while in the possession of the USPS. He went way above and beyond in working with them to locate it to no avail. He refunded my $ before he even sent his claim to the USPS insurance office. We need more like Bob on this earth as he is a rare breed in this day and age!
