If I still had my Sharps 4 barrel 22 LR it would live in my vest pocket. It was easy to conceal in a hand and would be faster that drawing the 1911 from a IWB holster. Inside five feet it could well save your butt. It was safe to carry and it was easy to shoot. I practised a lot with it and I carried it in a non friendly gun state before carry permits were even an option.
