When you reload with that setup, do you reach across with you left hand for the fresh magazine, or shift the pistol to your left hand and use your right hand for the reload?
Either way, it slows you down. I carry the item on the strongside and the refreshments on the weakside, usually two refreshments, unless I'm in church, and its a nice church. Then
MAYBE only one spare mag....
