Good deal TwoFish. I drilled for a little bit, then switched to the 1/4" router bit in a Dremel tool. In one pic that I posted in that thread, you can see the bit and part number.
Did you use the Dremel freehand or in a fixture? You results from the other thread look great, and I'll be really impressed if it was done freehand.
