IMO, buying a "sporterized" Mauser will often leave you disappointed. Once you get home and remove the scope and bases and find that the scope base holes have been misdrilled. Or, you find that the rear bridge wasn't contoured correctly and under the rear base was a slice of soda can to shim the base on the side that they ground too much.
Not alway the bargain they appear to be.
