Realistically, it would be a Zastava M70...you could buy it in 9.3x62. Even it you couldn't find it in 9.3x62, you could easily find a brand new one to rebore for around $400.
Me, I'd still probavly just sink too much into an old military one that had been already bubba'ed up...but I don't always make the most sense.
