That one's out of our hands. Until the IT experts get it fixed us mere users have the option to work around it or suffer. Only a fool would choose to suffer given the choice. Helping guys get their software working for the fix is simply decency. They're simple fixes that seem to not be simple for all to deploy. My take is to help out....
