The hypocrisy here is so thick you can cut it with a knife.

And your point is?????

SOMETIMES the law is an ass..... Any fool can blindly follow an injudicious rule.

It's illegal if one gets caught, and discretion in choosing not to follow a regulation is of utmost important. Both in choosing what is "stupid", and in implementing that decision.

Technically speaking..... smile

I remember an incident from several decades ago where a sea lion was 20 miles up an Alaska Peninsula river, wantonly killing dozens of salmon with repeated passes through a deep pool in the river.

Last I saw of that lion he was heading back out to sea. Returned along with the .338 WM ADFG had issued us on the fish counting site, were 18 rounds from a full box. I used one on a caribou for camp meat, legally and with permission from the biologist (we were damned sick and tired of pork chops every night for the last month - all he was bringing us). Must have lost the other round on one of the walkabouts.

When it was issued he assured us the open sighted rifle was sighted in at 100 yards. I took his word for it. Seemed to be.

The only true cost of having a dog is its death.
