LOL.. did he let him go for rifling through his files OR because he didn't want to pay the xtra $1/hr...?
He could have given him an extra $10/hr but the second he found out the guy went through his files, it wouldn't matter.
It does matter cause he went to bed still thinking it, and trying to justify saving an xtra $1/hr .
clearly the money played a big part in his decision.
