Yes. We make all our breakfast jelly out of those crab apples. Wonderful jelly. Tangy!

Mom will mix some store bought grape juice with it too sometimes. Tastes good too.


This year I was going to try to make crab apple butter. Might not get that done this time.

Would also like to try and make pancake syrup too.

I have 40 pound of beet to pickle first......
