The meat stays in Africa - Can't be imported into the US. It is properly butchered and sold to the markets in Botswana but, you can eat all you can hold while you're there.

In both trips last year we weren't after kudu. Did see a couple upper mid 50's bulls while just transiting between camp and the hunting areas. Did have some "bookable" eland on the property.
