Nothing? That's what I thought.
Because with the new physical fitness test and the lifting of the ban on women serving in combat arms branches, there are effectively no separate standards. If a female Soldier can meet the standards of the MOS, she can serve. But I’ve only been serving for 32 years, and am retiring as a senior field grade officer so what do I know?
