Me too, and I don't have 1/2 the ailments he does.

Probably only have 1/4 the $$$ too, so his projects look a lot higher class than mine.

Should learned to be a slumlord when I was growing up.

But, I've got him beat in one respect. REAL men split wood with an 8lb maul, not no sissy ass hydraulic splitter. Medicare age, back, kidney, eye, arthritis issues and still splittin my firewood, that good juniper kind, like a real man should. And I have every intention of doing it that way for another 10-15 years.

PS, hell, I'm sucha bad ass, I even split kindling with that 8lb somedays, one handed, just for fun. Not a whole lot harder than using a single jack.
