Charges may be filed, still he belongs in jail, look at the damage that has been done because he was unable, untrained and unqualified to be a professional... what recourse do these people have but to protest and riot... I am not saying what they are doing is OK....but damn... it caused a lot of problems for a moments indiscretion and decision to cause undue pain and suffering to a already subdued person.... He may not have intended to murder him, but what was done was unnecessary..... jail the fugger....and let it end..
