Because we are a nation of laws, “Law Enforcement “ has precedent over regular citizenry. Fact.

There’s no doubt that arrests might well be forthcoming pending the autopsy report. If so, the officer(s) will make bail and have their day in court and with the appeals process if found guilty.

Surely you understand these things ?
