Riots or threats should not be allowed, especially in any attempt at rushing the legal process.

Like anything else, if it’s tolerated, expect much more.

Based on black on black crime statistics.....suspect many looters likely don’t care any for the victim anyway.

In this state, that exactly the line we draw. Protests are fine, until the first windows broken, then the tear gas comes out and the streets get cleared.
