As Pappy mentioned, the 160 NPT will work just fine in a normally twisted .270 WSM.

The rule of thumb for H4895 for load density is you can go as low as 60%. Personally, I'd have no reservation starting at 47gr, which is around 70% and the 2600 you're looking for, and working up to 49.5gr or 75% and a simulated 2700. Of course actual results will vary, but this will get you close enough to work up a good load.
